1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing products from Angels Link Nsw Pty Ltd (trading as Angel Link), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Our Services

Angel Link provides healthcare consumable products including continence care, wound care, and personal care supplies. We serve:

• NDIS participants (plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed)
• General consumers
• Wholesale customers (aged care facilities, healthcare providers, businesses)

This website (angellink.com.au) is for information and education. Product purchases are completed through our Shopify store at shop.angellink.com.au.

3. Ordering and Payments

3.1 Placing Orders

• Orders are placed through our Shopify store
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Prices include GST unless otherwise stated (NDIS items are GST-free)
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• NET payment terms (approved wholesale customers only)

3.3 NDIS Payments

• Plan-Managed: Invoice sent to your plan manager for payment
• Self-Managed: Pay upfront, receive invoice for NDIS claim
• NDIA-Managed: Pay upfront, submit invoice through myplace portal

Note: For plan-managed customers, please confirm with your plan manager before ordering that they will process payment.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery Times

Standard delivery times:

• Metro NSW: 2-3 business days
• Regional NSW: 3-5 business days
• Other states: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Shipping Costs

• Orders over $50: FREE shipping
• Orders under $50: $9.95 flat rate
• Remote areas may incur additional charges

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

• Unopened products in original packaging
• Wrong items sent
• Defective or damaged products

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened or used products
• Items not in original packaging
• Products returned after 30 days

5.3 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5.4 Return Process

3. Receive return authorization and instructions
4. Ship items back (customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return

6. NDIS Compliance

As a registered NDIS provider, we comply with:

• NDIS Practice Standards
• NDIS Code of Conduct
• NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
• Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

All NDIS invoices are compliant with NDIS invoicing requirements and include all necessary information for claiming.

We strive to provide accurate product information, but:

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
• Specifications are subject to change by manufacturers
• We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or descriptions
• Stock availability is subject to change

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Additional terms apply for wholesale customers:

• Wholesale accounts subject to approval and credit checks
• NET payment terms available to approved customers only
• Minimum order values may apply
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for non-payment
